How to Order


A step-by-step guide on how to order through our website

1. Add items to your cart & proceed to check out

Check out our catalog through the catalog tab! Select the pieces you want to purchase and add them to your cart. Once you've decided which pieces to purchase proceed to check out!

2. Fill out your details

Provide the required details needed. Don't forget to give your complete address and provide landmarks if possible, the team and our courier partners will greatly appreciate it! Always double check the details you provided before proceeding to the next step.

3. Shipping & payment options

We have provided shipping options and COD options! If you wish to pay via Cash on Delivery, please click the COD shipping option that covers your area
for example:
LBC - Metro Manila - Cash on Delivery

and click Cash on Delivery in the payment option. Corresponding COD fees have automatically been added to the shipping fee.
If you prefer to pay via our other modes of payment, just click the shipping option that covers your area that does NOT have "Cash on Delivery", and pick the payment option you prefer. 

4. Complete Order

Press the complete order button! Payment details will be provided after clicking the button, don't forget to take a screenshot of our payment details! For Cash on Delivery orders, we will notify you once your package has been picked up by the courier company.

5. Reservation & Proof of Payment

We can only reserve your order for 3 days after placing an order. Take a screenshot or clear photo of your payment slip and send it to our email:
with the subject title "Payment (order number)"
Unpaid orders will automatically be cancelled.

6. Payment Confirmation & Ship Out

We will reply to your email confirming your payment and reply with your parcel's pick-up date!
We ship out orders every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. If you want your order to be included on the nearest ship out date, send your proof of payment  or place an order before 12pm on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday. All payments sent and orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped on the next pick-up day.

Once your parcel has been picked up by the courier company, we will send you your tracking details!

7. Delays on shipments/rescheduled delivery dates

Please be reminded that the courier is in charge for any delays regarding the delivery of your parcel. The riders and such are NOT our employees. We highly encourage our clients to contact their chosen courier FIRST regarding delays and scheduled deliveries so they can be accommodated faster.

8. Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

For hygienic purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges of items that have been worn or taken out of its packaging. In case of missing items or faulty pieces, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your package, include a clear photo of the product or package. If reported beyond the given timeframe, it will be upon the team's discretion whether or not we will replace the piece.
We do not accept refunds.
